For all paper check payments, it is necessary for you to provide your bank routing and account number information so that we may submit it for warranty approval. You must still have your check present for the driver to pick up at the time of delivery.

Online Payment Policy

A discount of 2.5 % will be given to all orders being paid for by cash, check, virtual check or money order. Please note that the prices displayed daily on our site already include the cash discount.

Upon completing your order, the total of your transaction will be immediately drafted from your account. After your delivery, any credit or balance due will be processed on your account within 3-7 business days.

For Virtual Check/EFT payments, any remaining credit will be refunded within 30 days.

If your delivery and billing addresses are not the same or the location is a business, we are required to charge tax on the delivery.

By submitting an order through Oil Discounters, you the customer, are responsible for all finance charges, late fees, legal fees, and collection costs should a balance become delinquent. This also includes third party collection agency fees.
