Equipment & Tank Information

Yes, my heating system needs to be primed and started. There is an additional charge for this service of $75.00. This is required if your heating system has run out of oil. Driver needs access to unit. Please note: if driver is not able to restart your unit, the Prime & Start fee must still be paid, and you will need to schedule a service technician to visit your home.

Online Payment Policy

A discount of 3% will be given to all orders being paid for by cash, check, virtual check or money order. That discount is already included in the pricing on our website. Upon completing your order, the total of your transaction will be immediately drafted from your account. After your delivery, any credit or balance due will be processed on your account within 3-7 business days. For Virtual Check payments, any remaining credit will be refunded within 30 days. All Same & Next Day deliveries need to be approved by office personnel.

If your delivery and billing addresses are not the same or the location is a business, we are required to charge tax on the delivery.

By submitting an order through Harned Durham Energy, you the customer, are responsible for all finance charges, late fees, legal fees, and collection costs should a balance become delinquent. This also includes third party collection agency fees.
