Equipment & Tank Information

Yes, my heating system needs to be primed and started. There is an additional charge for this service of $50.00. This is required if your heating system has run out of oil. Access to heating equipment required at time of delivery to perform startup/priming. If we are unable to access burner at time of delivery, additional charges will apply for return visit, Additional service required after priming, or failure to prime beyond normal priming/ starting procedures will be billed at our normal service rates, and may require separate service visit to place burner back in service. Sediment picked up due to running out may clog oil lines, filters, fuel pumps and/ or cause equipment to malfunction, requiring additional service. Olympic Oil Heating and Air conditioning can not be held responsible for required service arising from out of oil conditions. Subsequent damages resulting from from lack of heat due to the conditions set forth in this paragraph are solely the responsibility of the homeowner.
